After you found a fish that you like on our store, and you wanna make a purchase what should you do?
1. Get the fish ID, or even better the fish picture.
2. Hit we up on our facebook page since the shipping process will be deal with through a group chat on facebook with the transhipping company.

3. It's all set all you have to do left is wait for your beautiful fish to arrive!
Return Policy
After you receive the fish, with provided unpacking video within 2 hours after receive the fish, all problems related to fish health, wrong fish shipment will be solve with Refund/Resend policy, the resend fee will be cover by customer.
Payment Method
Every transaction payment will be send directly to seller through Zelle/paypal or various payment method through transhipper.
