A few words about the process
We understand that not all fish should be treated the same. Every shipment arrives from different sources and under different conditions, so each species is acclimated and cared for according to its specific requirements. Our goal is to recreate conditions as close as possible to their natural habitat while ensuring they adapt successfully to captivity.
Before export, all livestock undergoes a minimum 2-week quarantine, including parasite treatment, broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment when appropriate, continuous health monitoring, and conditioning to ensure they are in the best possible condition for international shipment.

Stock Selection
Carefully selected healthy specimens based on quality and customer requirements. -
Acclimation & Quarantine
Minimum 2-week quarantine with parasite treatment, health monitoring, and conditioning. We prioritize broad-spectrum antibiotic such as Kanamycin & Nitrofurazone. -
Health Inspection
Final inspection to ensure each fish is healthy, active, and ready for export. -
Fasting
Fish are fasted before packing to reduce stress and maintain water quality during transit. -
Professional Packing
Species-specific packing using premium bags, oxygen, insulation, temp control and secure packaging. -
Air Freight
Shipped through trusted international cargo and one of the top forwarder in Vietnam. -
